Domaine Ortola - Red 2019
This wine is an alliance of the most common grape varieties from the Mediterranean region: Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. The vines are located between Narbonne and the sea, not far from La Clape. The typically Mediterranean climate allows the grape varieties to flourish fully.
The harvest is done very early in the morning to take advantage of the freshness and prevent oxidation before the grapes are crushed. the wine is then aged in vats to transmit the purity of the aromas. The wine accessible, round, without excess. Most beautiful entry level in biodynamic wines and little price ! It will have its place in everyday meals or as an aperitif with friends.
