The GTC presented below are concluded between:

AND :
The Customer , who makes a purchase on the RaisinBio.com site

1. Object

The General Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relations between the Seller and the Customer. They specify the conditions applicable to purchases made by on the site www.RaisinBio.com
In accordance with article L.3342-1 of the Public Health Code and with Law n ° 2009-879 of July 21, 2009, the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. The Customer undertakes to have the legal capacity and the required age of at least 18 years. The purchase of products on the RaisinBio.com site implies full acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale.
The Conditions applicable to the Customer will be those in force on the date of his order on RaisinBio.com

2. Items sold

The products offered are presented on the RaisinBio.com Site.
The photos of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure the exact similarity with the product received (change of label, etc.).

3. Prices and payment

The prices on the site are denominated in Euros and including all taxes. The delivery costs applied are those indicated on RaisinBio.com at the time of payment which will validate the order.
The authorized regulations are:
-Bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard accepted in France) via the Stripe.com server, one of the leader in internet payment, allowing fully secure online payment.

4. Banking order and security

To order on RaisinBio.com, the customer must:
-Add that he wishes to buy to his basket
-Validate the order in the basket heading by clicking on "  payment  "
-Enter your information in order to proceed with the delivery
-Enter the delivery method
- Enter and its method of payment
The Customer must ensure the accuracy of the information provided, for which he is responsible.
RaisinBio.com sends a confirmation email immediately after the customer has confirmed their purchase.
The data provided and the recorded confirmation constitute proof of the transaction.
In accordance with article 1348 of the Civil Code, RaisinBio will keep proof of orders and confirmations in a reliable and durable manner.
Confirmations and electronic invoices will be considered by RaisinBio and the customer as proof of orders and payments made between them.
The bank transaction is secured by Stripe.
RaisinBio cannot keep any banking information on the Client.
RaisinBio reserves the right to refuse an order presenting an abnormal nature, in particular with regard to the quantities ordered, or the place of delivery.

5. Delivery

The online sale of the products presented on the Raisinbio.com site is limited to Customers residing in Metropolitan France.
The following territories are excluded: Andorra, Monaco, DOM-TOM.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, and once payment has been made.
Delivery will be made by post, via Colissimo, or in certain circumstances directly by RaisinBio subject to the customer's agreement.
The maximum delivery time of a product from the order is indicated when the order is confirmed.

The delivery time will not exceed 15 working days.
If this limit is exceeded (except in cases of force majeure), the Customer may cancel his order by mail with acknowledgment of receipt, within 15 working days from the delivery deadline.
The cancellation of the order will be made upon receipt by the Seller of the letter by which the Customer informs him of his decision and if the delivery has not taken place between the sending and receipt of this letter.

The reimbursement will be provided by the Seller, by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's withdrawal from the seller.

6. Unavailability

If the item purchased by the Customer is unavailable or no longer in stock, RaisinBio will inform the Customer as soon as possible by email.

The Customer will be able to obtain a refund within 15 days by transfer, or an exchange or a credit for the amount spent for another article on the RaisinBio.com site.

7.  Disclaimer of Liability

The Seller may exonerate himself from all or part of the responsibility for a failure of the sale by providing proof of the non-performance of the purchase to the Customer. This can be linked either to an unforeseeable and insurmountable action by a third party, or to a case of force majeure.
The Seller cannot be held responsible if a computer problem occurs during the  Customer's order, linked to his internet connection or to a wrong entry on his part.

8.  Guarantee of conformity

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
The Customer also benefits from the guarantee of product conformity, provided for by Articles L. 211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code.

10.  Personal information

RaisinBio informs its Customers that their personal data is stored in a database.
In accordance with article 27 of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify or delete his personal data by contacting RaisinBio.com by email: contact @ raisinbio. com
Customer data is saved in France.
The Customer's personal information is not communicated to third parties.

11. Customer's right of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the delivery of the order. In this context, he has the right to return the package to RaisinBio for an exchange or a refund, free of charge. However, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

The product must be returned in the original condition.
If the returned product is deemed to be in perfect condition by RaisinBio, the exchange or refund will be provided by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 days from the Customer's withdrawal.

12: Protection of minors

The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited, in accordance with article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code. The Customer confirms by validating his order on the RaisinBio.com site to be 18 years old on the date of the order. Upon delivery, the recipient must be of legal age.
