The Lafage estate has been operating its vines biodynamically for 25 years and produces its own biodynamic preparations in the Coteaux du Quercy appellation in the South West, between Montauban and Cahors. Next to the vines Kevin Barbet  student  a herd of cows that are part of the philosophy of biodynamics. The Lafage estate has opted for the Organic label alone, but we guarantee you that they do well biodynamically!
 The harvest is done by hand, vinified naturally without sulphites, then the wine is aged in concrete vats to keep the fruit aromas.
 Gamay for its roundness, Syrah for its color and tannins, Le Petit will perfectly liven up an aperitif, a barbecue, or an evening with friends.
