"Sainte Radegonde" red , is the great wine of the Château. It is made up of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc . The grapes selected come from the best plots and the aging is particularly careful by Pascal Collotte : more than 1 year in oak barrels (50% of which are new), then 1 year in concrete vats .
 
 The harvest is manual to ensure a perfect selection. The grapes are harvested at the right maturity depending on the exposure.
 
 The nose is expressive and displays a beautiful complexity. On the palate, the wine is round, with beautiful tannins and very concentrated fruit. It reveals notes of raspberries, blackberry jam, but also floral notes of violets or even spices such as vanilla and liquorice . A delicious nectar.
 Do not hesitate to aerate it several hours before tasting in order to soften the tannins .
 
 2015 or 2017?
 2015 : Château Jean Faux Sainte Radegonde 2015 is certified Organic Agriculture. This vintage  was produced using biodynamic principles in 2015, and obtained the Biodyvin label in 2016. A remarkable vintage in Bordeaux, the 2015 is the Château's finest menu. The complexity  wine and its  tannins are suitable  particularly has a long aging process which will reach its peak in 12 to 15 years.
 2017 : Château Jean Faux Sainte Radegonde 2017  is  certified Organic Agriculture and Biodynvin. This very beautiful  vintage in Bordeaux is particularly successful at Château Jean Faux which released a wine  complex and very elegant to drink. Ideal for opening now and it will also be suitable for 8-10 years aging.
